Modify Dimension of 3D sketch

I have a 3D sketch of a flight sim cockpit I am designing.  I can not seem to figure out how to change the width. It's only determined by one dimension but Fusion 360 says that it cannot change the width due to constraints, but I cannot figure out what constraint is preventing me from doing so. 

I'm trying to change the 30" width to 24" in the first (and only) sketch.  Any suggestions?

I've got it to change the dimension from 30 to 29, but now it won't go back to 30, lol.

Thank you very much. If it is a bug, can you give me a workaround or is there a way you can force it to 24" for me?

thanks for reaching out.  Yes, there is an update:  This bug has been fixed in our internal build.  It will take some time for the fix to make its way into an update, but it's definitely coming.
