Models won't copy to new folder

I have a model and drawing that will not copy to a new folder.

I have done this many times before but get an error.

I tried in both the data panel and the online hub, and it will not copy either way.

Please let me know how to resolve.

Update: Models will copy, but not If I try to include a drawing.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You did not show what you are seeing when your try and copy your model and drawing using the Data Panel.  You right click on the MODEL and if there are "related" Drawings, you should see the following dialog box.  Please share the dialog box(es) you are seeing.

Must be a bug, I am having the issue.  There is an error message if you try to copy the model and drawing from within the online hub, but nothing when trying to copy from inside Fusion itself.

Hope this gets fixed soon.

@luke_cody @vrpostcard, We are working on the fix and should be pushed positively before end of Nov'24. However, we observed that the copy is working regardless of the message. Please let us know if otherwise!

Here is the screen shot.

I've copied with drawing many times before, but the files have gotten larger.

I did read about the 20 sheet limit on drawings size, but this is under that limit.

The copy is not working.

From the desktop there is no error message, but from the web hub there is.

Thanks @luke_cody for the details. We had observed an issue with some of the copy jobs yesterday and have addressed it. Please redo the copy from FT if the files are not in the destination yet. 

 

Just to be clear, the changes to remove the red banner in Fusion Team web will be live only by next week. The message shown in web is wrong for now but drawing copy should work.
