Hello, I'm using a personal free licence and starting from today, when I tri to load a model, a web page is started instead. If I select "open in the desktop" I get a message that say "the product is not installed on this system, download and install it..". I already reinstalled the product but the issue persists. Does anyone know what's going on? thank you.
I see that the models can be opened by selecting the menu File/open, but why this strange behavior ? Everything was workng fine until yesterday night.
