Accepted solution
In the Original Fusion 360 user interface, you had the Model environment. I assume this is what you are talking about.
If you switch to the new UI Preview interface, this environment is replaced with the "Design" environment.
If this is not what you are speaking of, please clarify with a screen capture where you think you are missing it.
