Model export issue

Hi,

I am reposting this question (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/unable-to-export-to-gltf/td-p/9133823) because it is probably getting ignored due to a somewhat misleading title.

I have a model created in Fusion 360. I would like to export it for embedding in a website/blog.

My plan was to use: Fusion 360 Export> obj or fbx  Then use online tools to convert the OBJ/FBX export to GLTF.

I am stuck on the first step.

When I try to export to OBJ or FBX online, nothing happens. I never get an email saying conversion completed.

What's the resolution for this?

I am on an Educational license if that helps.

Thanks.

Can you File>Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here for diagnosis?

Ok, spooky...

I tried to export this time and on a whim also attempted exports all three formats (F3D, FBX and OBJ) from the Online hub (like last time)

This time everything worked like a charm, got emails, can open downloaded models.

The only difference is: I am on a different machine and I closed the desktop application fully before trying to export online.

It's resolved (after this much delay).

Thanks for looking into it.

Thanks.

Not a spam filter getting in the way on the other computer by any chance? Thinking back I had something similar where my microsoft email put the download links into spam before thunderbird got to see them.
