A modal analysis of a simple case of a 12x5mm length 70mm stainless cantilever beam, that I am willing to perform as my bench mark for the modal analysis quality of fusion frequency simulation I get a big gap between hand calculations and experience and what I get from the simulation.
I tried different styles of mesh and played with some different parameters there is in fusion but it did not have any significant effect and I always get the same fat from calculation answer of 1st mode around 850hz.
where in reality we should be getting something around 270Hz.
