Missing "Wrap Toolpath"

As a hobbyist, I do not have the manufacturing extension due to cost, but was able to use my MicroArc .  Now, I no longer see the option of "wrap toolpath" in the 2d contour, pocket, adaptive geometry tab like I used to see.  When was this removed? Is it possible to still run 4th axis without the extension?

Help is appreciated.

I am on a standard Subscription Fusion License, no Extensions.  Is this what you are looking for?
