Missing assembly joint

I have a missing assembly joint between a fastener and a body and still can't move the fastener that was inserted from McMaster. How do i resolve this?

I have a few problems, one is when I opened the file the fastners all moved. Also can you tell me why I cant move the fasteners? It looks like I lost the assembly joint.

But given the complexity of the design and the myriad warnings, I don't want to engage in troubleshooting.
