Meshbody Disappears When Cursor Is Over It

I've opened a .STL file and then converted the body to a component. If the new component is active, the meshbody disappears whenever the cursor touches it. If I set the entire project to active, the body does not disappear.

What am I doing wrong?

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I've attached the project file. Thanks for looking into this.

I activated the Top Level assembly and the Component containing the STL and passed my cursor over them, neither one disappeared.  I show this in the Animated GIF.  By the way, you do know the STL is not a solid body.  You may want this but just wanted to draw you attention to it.

Very strange! That's not the behavior I'm seeing. I'll try it on a different computer.

Thanks for your help!
