Mesh to solid Problem

I've been trying for several days now to extract the contour from my 3D scan, but I just can't get it to work. I can't convert it into a solid body, and using the Form and Pull method doesn't work either. I really need help with this – any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is an advanced topic - how much Fusion training and experience do you have?

First thing I would do is line up the geometry with some logical orientation to the Origin, but this will be difficult because only one face appears to be close to planar. (Do you have a photo of the real-world part?

Then I would use the scan only as reference in remodeling the part from scratch.
