I think I would go back to meshmixer to clean up that model.

As a meshmixer expert: Not this is not auto-fixable by any software.

This is multiple bodies, some are internal and separated,  flipped normals, non-manifold surfaces, variable mesh densities.

Depending on what you want, probably half of the internal noise can be discarded. So that might make it possible.

If you can define first what is noise and where a few connections should be and where a few others shouldn't be, then then an  auto-repair should work.

This non-manifold low poly bridge connecting the teeth into the  palate looks like it was actually the result of an attempted repair already.

And that is the main problem,  also logically & anatomically, doesn't make sense, shouldn't be there I'm guessing.

this is generated from virtual surgery software, it combines dental models with xrays .

actually, lychee slicer do almost perfect jon repairing it in less than  a minute .

i was hoping Fusion is an upgrade version of Meshmixer.

it actually doesn't work properly. i tried and failed.

btw, lychee slicer does an almost perfect job of repairing it in less than a minute.

Out of curiosity - can you Attach the “repaired” geometry here?

Keyword: almost

But ya, could be worse. I got the same kind of result using either Meshmixer or Windows 3D Builder.

interesting. inspector in meshmixer removed big part of the model whenever I try . make solid ends  up destroying geometry.

Ya it did that for me too. So instead of doing all it once, you need to click on the easy ones first, then the big one.

one question for you as an expert in meshmixer , about the pink line between the teeth base and the remaining model.  I couldn't repair it no matter what I tried.

do you have any advice on how to get it fixed

This couldn't be 100% auto-repaired in MM.

Do this would be 50% manually discarding the stuff is 'wrong' then then other 50% is using inspector and/or '3D builder'

Here is the .mix of this. Less internal bodies.
