Hello, can someone tell me if it's normal for the mesh to become bright when the camera is moving?
Thx.

I believe that is an optical illusion caused by the fact that, for large meshes, the facet edges (black) are not drawn during active view operations. So, while moving, you see only the facet geometry and not the edges. When the view operation stops, the edges are drawn. Try setting the visual display type to "shaded" instead of the default "shaded with visible edges". Does it look the same?

Indeed, it seems related to the number of facets, but not entirely. I also see the phenomenon on a smaller mesh.
Another question: how do I change the default mesh color?
In the case of a subassembly, how can I make the linked child subassembly appear "shaded" and the parent assembly "shaded with visible edges"?
I could be wrong, but I don't believe that there is any way to set the default mesh appearance/color

That's also what I think because it's a global parameter dependent on the file and not on the component.
