Hello. I have been recently expanding a team working on a project, and have had issues with adding a new member to our project. Our hub indicates that we have 12 members currently within the project. When we count the available names of the people in the project, we only see 11. There has been one new member who we have been unable to add to the project. Their fusion360 account is set up and they can use the software as normal, but any invitations sent to them fail, as does any attempt to approve their join request. We had no issues adding other members to the project, and I suspect that the user in question is "partially" in the project, which is why we are unable to add them. Is there a way to approach this issue, or will the user in question need to create a new account?
