Measure tool not showing min/max distance when measuring distance to bore

Hey so on component I] I'm only getting a distance (which is actually the minimum distance) when measuring from the back face to the bore.

I get distance/min/max on all other models in the file and I'm 99% sure it did work correctly once yesterday on component I].

Happens both in Design and Manufacture workspaces.
