McMaster insert not working

Is anyone else having trouble getting Mcmaster to insert models all of a sudden? I've been trying the step file extension for reference.

Step loads fine for me, internet problems?

I dont think so. I was able to do everything else at the time including posting this on the web. I checked old file that wouldnt still be in the cache and all was well.
I restarted Fusion twice and on the 2nd restart it came back.
