Hi,

When selecting an item in Mc-Master Carr menu eg. a M12 hex bolt when I download the item a completely random item is inserted (spring, handrail, washer..) anything but what I have selected..

Does anyone know what is happening and if there's a way to fix this?

Thank you

Seb

Hmm, two quick tests did not show that behavior. Could you provide a ScreenCast that shows your exact workflow?

Are the "random" items things you have inserted previously?

According to this thread, the issue was with McMaster-Carr, and they have fixed it. Please try again.
