Using Fusion 360 2.0.9313, macOS 10.16.0

I have included the file.

I modeled a ShortBeam component, modeled 4 rivet components, created joint origins, then created joints from pairs of origins. After creating a copy of ShortBeam with a 180 deg rotation and offset, the rivets are no longer in the correct relative locations. The corresponding joint origins are still correct relative to each part, but they no-longer are aligned in space like the joint should make them.

After playing with the issue for a while, I happened to drag the position of the newly created component. As it dragged, it caused the joints to align as it should. So I guess the the workaround is drag the new part and then revert position.
