Manufacturing Inspect Surface Glitch: Middle mouse click to pan/tilt will drag an inspection point around if you are hovered over it

This can be catastrophic if a selected point is mistakenly dragged to an inaccessible surface where the very expensive machine probe would crash if not simulated prior.

Thank you for reporting this, I remember seeing something like this back in the early days of us implementing Inspect surface, but this could be something different. 

I'll investigate and log a ticket with development.
