Manage Extension - Add Item to Existing Change Order

The process for using the Manage Extension is slightly convoluted and cumbersome. Every time a design is updated, it needs to be made a milestone and then we have to head back to the Change Order and add the item through the web interface.

It would be convenient if we could add an item to a existing change order by clicking a button in the manage bar as shown on the top of Fusion 360, alongside the Quick Release and Release with Change Order.

Also, thought that I'd add. Opening a model through the web interface is pretty slow. It takes about a minute to process and about 10 seconds to load after that. Is there an option to keep the models all pre-processed somewhere.
