Manage attributes not showing

Hi, I want to add manage attributes to the title bocks in Fusion 360 drawing. I have activated the Manage extension but the attributes are not showing. Any idea why this doesn't work?

Hi @vegard.midtboen3DK2Q

It might take a little while to become available. Buy there are a couple of things that you can check. First off, are you seeing the "Manage " tab in drawings?

If not, I'd check to make sure that you are definitely logged into a Hub that has the manage extension enabled.

The Easiest way to check if a Hub is ME enabled, is to open the Hub on the web (from your data panel).

If the Hub is Manage Extension enabled, you should see a "Process" button, as shown below.

Hi, thanks for you feedback. Yes, the manage extension is activated and I can see the PROCESS button. I have used the manage extension in designs and assigned item numbers.

But in drawings, I can not see the Manage extension tab.

@ClintBrown3D

A quick follow up. I tried to create a new drawing from a sketch, and now I'm able to access the manage tab and attributes. However, this is not what I'm looking for. I want to create a drawing template with this attributes. If I click "New Drawing Template", all this Manage extension options disappears.

UPDATE:

For some very strange reason this solved itself. When I first tried to open a new drawing template, none of the Manage attributes was accessible (as shown in the first post). Then I tried to create a new drawing form a existing design and then went into edit title blocks and added a new attribute, all the Manage extensions where accessible. Then I went back and created a new drawing template once more, and now I have all the attributes available.

Don't know why, but this solved the problem.

Hi @vegard.midtboen3DK2Q

I'm glad it's sorted. It may have needed a bit of time for the drawing environment to pull through the ME information from the Hub.
