Mac OS 13.4 - Fusion 360 has a general lag on all operations

Fusion 360 did an update last week - I have n to used it since - but when I tried to use it today - it is very slow to respond and has a lag on all operations - Zoom - Orbit -  Sketch -    I have a Mac mini A1 processor 16GB ram and 500GB hard disk which is nowhere near full - As far as I can tell there are no other processes running.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
