Mac: Fusion freezes on export, must Force Quit

This behavior has been fairly consistent when I try to export a design.  I used to think it may have been because I was running Fusion 360 in "full screen" mode but it happened twice today when using it in a typical window on the desktop.

I've sent 2 error reports today (CER_166287998 and CER_166289542) and many others previously.

I'm on a MacBook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.3 and Fusion 360 2.0.3803.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi @523Industries

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue.

I understand that you got stopped when exporting. I saw your report and it seems to happen in no full-screen mode.

I did a simple test on my mac (same OS). To reproduce could you share more information?

1. Does it happen with all your design or a specific design? if it happens in a specific design, could you share it with me? Here is how to share it

2. Does it include any specific environment like simulation or sheet metal ?

3. Could you share your log file? Here is how to collect it

4. Are you using a dual monitor?

I look forward to your reply

Many thanks,

Ahreum.

Hi @ahreum.ryu!

1) The problem doesn't seem to be related to a specific design.  It has happened on some of my old designs, and when I import a new one (to try and help a forum member), modify it, and then go to export it'll freeze on those too.

2) I think most of the time I'm in the CAM environment upon export, but maybe sometimes in Model.

3) I have collected my log file.  Is there any private information in there that I shouldn't publicly share?  If not I'll attach it after your reply, if so then I'd only be comfortable emailing it to you directly.

4) I am not using dual monitors or any kind of dock, just the screen on the laptop.

Thanks!

Hi @523Industries

Thank you for the update!

If it happened on your old model, could you share the model and log file with me? Here is how to share it (my email address is "[email protected]")

Would you mind recording the reproduced steps with Screencast?
(It will be great if you can provide this so, it will be easy to talk to our development team if you share it)

I look forward to your reply

Many thanks,

Ahreum.
