Mac desktop toolbar is overlaying Fusion 360 timeline & cannot find the calibrate option when I click on canvas , any ideas please?

Do you mean the Dock is covering the bottom of the Fusion 360 window? There's been a bug for a bit where the Fusion window isn't placed on the screen correctly. The first thing I'd do is maximize the Fusion window. (Green button in the window title)

 

I'm not sure what you mean by the calibrate option.

The Canvas Calibration command is located by right clicking your mouse on the Canvas in the Browser.
