Lost Frames in Motion Study Render and Lagging Video Exports

Hello,

After creating joints for components, I created motion study. In render environment, I have used cloud-rendering to render an image. After, option to render motion study appeared and I also used cloud-rendering option. However, exports where not what I expected:

  1. there are missing frames, even if motion study is done correctly
  2. motion study render exported as mp4 file on preview lags every second

I have attached an image (.png), that shows incomplete animations and a video (.mov) of original motion study animation. Also, I attached video (.mp4) in which you can see that the top cap is stopping two times when moving down.

Moreover, any updates on these issues:

Good day!

Thank you @mohammed.aliTDPXK and @mayank.malukani for taking time to figure this out.

I have attached Methods.zip file with mp4, zip and f3d files of 4 projects: A1, A2 and B1, B1. In all 4 projects there are two components which are connected with a "CapSlider" joint and all projects have motion studies too.

Project A1 - motion study is set to 14 step and -20 mm. Zip file contains 15 frames.

Project A2 - same as A1 but in motion study cursor is moved to step 0 and 0 mm. Zip file contains 14 frames.

Project B1 - drive joint to -20 mm., create motion study and set to step 14, 0 mm. Zip file contains 15 frames.

Project B2 - same as B1 but motion study cursor is moved to step 0 and -20 mm. Zip file contains 14 frames.

In A1, A2, B1 and B2 video, you can see that frame 5 and 6 are the same and when cap is moving down, it stops for some time. These videos were exported from Fusion 360.

Also, I noticed that after recent updates, Fusion 360 doesn't start normally as it used to after an updates. It does update, then restarts but doesn't start. It is not responding and I have to close it manually. Moreover, when I created these 4 projects, I closed Fusion and it just crashed. Maybe, somebody already reported this?
