Hello Community,
I've lost everything. Countless hours of work on Fusion 360. I went to bed yesterday and woke up today and clicked on my Fusion 360 desktop icon and it redirected me to a website to sign-in to my Fusion 360. I thought that seemed odd, as it will usually just start right up and get me in there. At this point I restarted my computer to make sure I refreshed everything in the hopes that it would start right up and log me into my account. Now here's the weird thing - this time I had actually used the sign-in (figured it just wanted to verify my account or something) that it took me to via a web browser for autodesk sign-in, and this time I decided to log in using my student account ID and password which I always have since I'm a student - but it started a brand new account for me. Meaning it accepted my account ID and password and started a brand new account for me. What happened to my old one? I was basically forced to do this 'path' since it wasn't giving me any other options when I would click on my desktop icon - it would just open up the sign-in browser. This is the most awful thing I've ever experienced in my life with the amount of hours I've put into this. How can I recover my account? I could throw up that's how many hours I've lost due to this. (I'm adding this to this post - I don't have an option to recover my account via profile.autodesk.com/security - I'm currently logged into the 'new' account, so there isn't a recovery I can do in this way from what I can see.)
