my computer was recently reset because of a crashing bug, had to be reset to factory default. so i have lost all my files including my downloaded copy of Fusion 360. i cannot figure out how to reinstall it on my computer.

Use the same method you did originally.  Follow this website instructions.  Be sure to use your current Autodesk ID.
