Lost all custom keyboard shortcuts

I opened and logged in to fusion on a shared computer rather than my personal laptop and all of my custom keyboard shortcuts are missing. When I open fusion on my personal computer, there was no problem. I signed out on my personal pc and closed fusion. I tried the workaround mentioned in another post where I sign in on the new computer, close fusion while still logged in, and restart fusion, which didn't help. I restarted the new computer and opened fusion again which also didn't help. Then I gave up and opened fusion back up on my personal laptop and logged back in... and now my shortcuts are missing on my laptop as well. 

What can I do to get my shortcuts back and avoid this in the future?

Is there a way to back up shortcuts?

Is there even a way for me to view all of the shortcuts I've created? I could at least take a screenshot as a workaround.
