Hello, I have recently got downgraded from Education License to Personal. My colleague (Education License) is shown Basic access on whole Team which we have created to work together.
She is unable to save or export (but can open - Read only) any of the files. I am unable to open any of the files she created in the Team.
Is there a way to transfer the ownership of the team to her? I am afraid that we could loose those files if I'd remove her from the team.
