Bought a new computer, and the only way in the past i have gotten f360 installed was by getting the free trial download. then i enter in my account credentials and it auto detects that i have a subscription. never had an issue before.

this new computer i did that and it says i have a personal use. i thought it was weird but oh well ill go back to my old computer for now.

went to my old computer and logged in and now that one is a personal usage as well. i have a program i need to post out asap and have no way to do it at the moment.. please help!

I think you need to close Fusion 360, find the LogInstate.xml file and delete it.  It will be regenerated the next time you start and log into Fusion 360.  This website will aid you in finding the file even it the title of it is not the problem you are experiencing.

i had to go into my account settings on autodesk website, and unassign F360 from my account, then reassign it.

works now, at least on my old computer. i would assume it will work on my new computer but we will see.
