Logging in sends me back to the login screen fusion 360 personal version

Hi everyone, i have the same problem (following link) with the personal version of fusion 360, like the video of the message 4.

 

I have try many recomandations in this forum but nothing does really work.

If you have any idea i would appreciate it !

Can you try a Reset of Fusion 360 using the service utility? That link includes information on how to get to the utility. Keep the checkbox for User Credential unchecked. 
Try logging in again after this and let me know if that helped!

Okay, can you try logging in on the web browser for Fusion Team? www.login.autodesk360.com 
If you are able to log in online, can you navigate to a file and try "open on desktop"? 

If neither of those works, go through your login on the desktop application and then use the same service utility as above to grab your "system information" and post the log files here. I'll take a look and see what they say.

You can also just PM the logs as well, if you would prefer.

I have tried to logging in on the web browser for Fusion Team, it's written :

Hub is being configured

Please wait...

 

but it still loading ...

 

When I select Gather System Information in the service utility, I have no report, nothing happens.

Whan I select network diagnostic test, I have the report attached to this message.

Ah gotcha. I took a look at your hub configuration and it does look like something went wrong when it was first created. I put in a ticket with our data management team so they can fix it and that should allow you to log in again. Your ticket number is ATEAM-42541, for your reference. I'll let you know when to try logging in again.

@montigny_soeren Please try logging in to Fusion again. Because your previous hub was not configured correctly and did not include any design data, the hub was deleted so that you can start the process again. You should now be able to log in and will be prompted through a team hub creation process.
