Log in Issues

I have 20 year 9 students, 10 can't log in because of too many log in attempts. 7 of those had this message on their first log in attempt (including me).

Hi @james_l,

I will take a peek at this with our team. Can you provide me via private message the email domain you are using to sign up. I believe your school system may be hitting a limit of request attempts incorrectly. I will have to investigate.
