Good day!
I use loft to get shape and get arc (hole) (see attached image) on the buttom. How can I make bottom straight?

Always use the most primitive (computationally least expensive) technique possible.

1. Extrude or Revolve

2. Sweep

3. Loft

That design looks like it could be done with #1 or #2 to me.
