Loft jumps to another face upon accepting

I've noticed this previously in other loft operations and finally decided to ask despite having a feeling I'm going to get flack for that history bar.
Why would fusion jump faces when I do a loft? I select the proper A and B faces in the loft window and when I click OK it changes the B face. Infact, it chooses 2 separate incorrect B faces.
I've included a screen recording but the recording doesn't show the loft window popping up for some reason.

You need to attach your model to your Forum post so the Forum users can take a look.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Screencasts were sufficient enough for years. Can't attach this file.

Separate the problematic section of your model and attach it.  Think about it, you cannot explain or solve your issue and you have the file!  You expect others to be able to see what you did, or did not do, from a video?

"You expect others to be able to see what you did, or did not do, from a video?"
That's exactly what videos are for, so yes. That's why there are thousands of posts here solved with videos only and no files.
I resolved it myself. Thanks!

No video of the solving routine does not help others in the future.

There are far more solved threads in here, where the data is supplied and reviewed and fixed in short order.
