Loft and Sweep issues

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with lofts and sweeps right now. These are not just the "normal" error messages when the loft does not connect or track down a path correctly, for example. These are problems when the resulting shape produced is creating anomolies on the models I am working with. These forms  and similar I have been working with since November 2020 and so these issues have only occurred recently. I am presently having to draw and re-draw models from scratch in an attempt to fix issues. With simple sweeps, I have experienced a situation with the sweep extending beyond the sketch profile in the opposite direction when saved. See images attached. Please advise as this is seriously impacting my ability to create these forms reliably and repeatedly and they are required for manufacturing output. Overall, these tools SERIOUSLY need to work better than they do!

Please attach your model as pictures do not tell the whole story or even part of it.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

Sorry, I can't post the model to a public forum for confidentiality reasons. Can we do this offline somehow?
