Not going to happen, with preparations like these.

nghDB.PNG

Imported geometry is harder to use. (Constraints are stripped out)

Loft 2 shaded profiles, with one Rail. Delete extra line in rail sketch.

Rail sketch has small straight line at the LE, and is not tangent connected to the curve.

Side profile sketch must have connection to the front airfoil, in the same sketch.

ngh1DB.PNG

Delete the bottom 3 sketches and put the lines into the side sketches.

Same for this one....

Might help....

Your imported geometry is c**p.

I did one section, but I decided not to trace your sketched part airfoil, (would need to replace it for anything decent), too many imported curves in the outline, not constrained.  The other 2 sketches were quicker to replace.

Demo as far as I'm going.

Hello and thanks for the reply. Your information is very useful.
You can see I quickly made the mid-section.
I will try a little more for better results.
What tool did you use to make the side from the fourth sketch? Thanks

You mean the Surface ribbons?

Surface > Create > Extrude.  You pull the Extrude away from the sketch on the “outside” of the part you are making.  Then you turn off the sketch you made the ribbon with, and select the ribbon edge in the Loft Tool.  The reason - Selecting Body edges allows for 5e new body to be created Tangent to the ribbon.  You can’t get Tangent to the profile sketch.

I do not understand the construction lines in the pic.

When sketching for Loft,

Sketch, > Create > Project > Project Intersect, is required for corner connections, from one sketch to the next sketch.
