Local Rendering using the Render Tool Inoperative

When using the "Render Tool" for local rendering, I get the pop-up message that "Local Rendering Has Started", and indeed, my task manager shows the expected hogging of CPU resources (90-98%) by the "Autodesk Local Render Process" but nothing shows up in the "Rendering Gallery" as it always has before. I perused this exact issue with several other fellow users, but the solutions weren't applicable to my situation. I've shown the graphics diagnostic inline and linked the Fusion 360 Diagnostic File (click to open).
