Linux?

I'm guessing I know the answer as aggressively as Autodesk walked away from Linux years ago but is there any effort to make a linux install?
I have about had it with Windows. F360 is one of the few things that has kept me suffering through this miserable OS but I might have to walk away from F360 at this point to get away from Windows especially with Autodesk dropping Win 10 support.

At this point the answer is NO, unfortunately!

The only alternatives are Windows 11 or macOS.

At this point I wish Autodesk would just pick a Linux distribution, say Ubuntu, and  run with it. But I doubt that is going to happen.

Hell may freeze over first....(with apologies to the iTunes for Windows crew). I am not sure how successful it is or was, but have you investigated Cryinkfly?...assuming you are not averse to tinkering under the hood/bonnet?

Declaration: I have not!

Yeah it is really sad. Especially since at least some of their stuff used to work on Linux. Though maybe most of that was vestiges from when they consolidated software from other companies lol.
It seems like they went oddly out of their way to get in bed with Microsoft. Especially things like going Directx when OpenGL has been the go to for things like CAD.

I'm not sure if that is the one I was looking into but I have read about some of these porting efforts and all the ones I looked into had issues either with not all functionalities being available and or not being reliable with updates.
I definitely can't afford to have my primary CAD solution just stop working after an update or some other thing.
If AD just decided to make sure something like that was supported and tested updates, changes, etc, to make sure it stayed compatible that might be acceptable.
It sure would be much nicer though if they just committed to cross platform.

I think you missed the part where AD makes sure to break the sign-in process with every update they do, to make sure the porting efforts from the Linux community gets affected.
