Linking constraints

I am only using this software to make things with my plasma cutter. I  have made some simple things to get used to it, but now I am trying to make something a little bigger. It will only process approx. 63% of the project and if I try to make smaller files it tells me I have linking constraint issues? It a nut shell could someone tell me what a linkin constraint issue is and how one would go about working around it? Thanks.
