link text with specific dimension value

hello, i want to link dimension value (for example d11= 20mm) to the embossing text (text=20). as result I want to have adaptive text according one of the dimension in the model. so when I change the dimension value, the embossing text value will change automatically.

It is not clear what characteristic of the embossed text you want to have follow the dimension.  You said "Text=20", is this the size, actual value of the text, the emboss depth or what?
