Lines disappear

I'm trying to make a 62.8 mm circle 4mm thick divided into 4 quarters.  With a 2.35mm offset between the outer edge and each quarter.  I create all of the necessary lines. in sketch mode.  Then switch to solid mode to do an extrude of each quarter.  When I do the first extrude all of the other lines disappear.  I thought that I could create the 4 quarter sections and then extrude them.

Did I do something wrong?
