Linear and circle dimensions

Just after June 23, 2020 updated, when trying to create lines and circles in sketch mode, when I specify a dimension for either,  it randomly changes to higher or lower values. For example, if I input a line to be 10 mm, hit enter, it jumps to 20 mm or for a circle 2 mm it jumps to 3.018 mm or 1.098 mm only doing this after this last update?

I tried to replicate the model sketching issue but could not.  I was using inch units in my Screencast but that is the only difference.
