license for hobbiests

I currently use a personal license but am considering upgrading to the full paid version to get features like rapid movements and posting with multiple tools etc, but I am still really a hobbiest user and it's a little out of my budget for a hobby.

I was wondering if in future autodesk might consider offering a license that is still not for commercial use, but would be a little cheaper than the standard license? I guess this would be called a kind of 'extreme hobbiest' license.?
