I have a Fusion 360 project that shows “Read access denied” in the Fusion client and “Error loading data” in the Autodesk web interface. Other projects load normally.
The affected project was created in 2016 under a personal/hobby Fusion license and has always been associated with the same Autodesk account (smalltimeart@gmail.com). It has never been a Team project and I am the only member.
The project container itself exists and loads, but the Content tab fails to enumerate any data in both the web UI and Fusion 360. Recently, other projects were moved into this project successfully, but after that operation the container can no longer load its contents.
This appears to be a legacy personal-hub project with a corrupted content index or orphaned ACL/metadata issue, likely related to platform migrations or the recent move operation.
Please repair or rebuild the project index, reassign ownership, or migrate the data into a new personal project container as needed.
I can provide the project URL or any backend IDs if required.
