From this version the learning Panel is now working again, at least on Mac. I have not tested on my PC yet. I think it has been broken for me for at least a year or so. It just showed some simple html like chunk that was pretty useless. A few years ago when I started out in Fusion I used the Learning Panel a lot and thought it was great. So, great job Autodesk team for getting this working again.
disclaimer: this may just be something to do with my account, setup, or preferences. But I saw the same on Mac and PC where it was broken.
