Latest Fusion release crashing constantly

The latest release of Fusion crashes consistently when deleting timeline features. Currently dead in the water & completely frozen with development!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :-(((((((((((((

I'm running latest the MacOS patches. I invoked the error ~10 times to hopefully bubble CERs to the top of the queue.

I tried dragging-n-dropping an MOV file here--a screen capture of the crash--but that functionality is broken--the page does nothing and displays no error. How do I upload a file or screencast if upload functions are broken?

@mark8A56D

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file that exhibits this behavior to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

@mark8A56D Can you also post a Report ID for one of the crates that you have sent it? We can use that to filter for all the crashes you have sent.

Unrelated to this outage--crashes were happening prior to that. Also, the crash is happening on deletion of a timeline feature so I don't believe network services are involved.

I've attached an F3D (which uploaded fine, unlike a MOV file). If I scroll to this spot in the timeline, click the highlighted joint and hit "delete", Fusion crashes.

Thanks, Mark

@RajkumarIlanchelian I didn't record the prior Report IDs, so I crashed again and submitted another: 850739623

Thanks.

I assume my issue is related to this. I've been twiddling my thumbs for most of the day at this point. Saving a model has cloud errors, creating a drawing takes 5 min then freezes (sometimes with a configuration error) and exporting a file fails. Clearing local cache does nothing and every model file I've tried is having the same result. It's incredibly frustrating as work is slow right now and Fusion modeling was supposed to be my fallback for when this happens so there is literally nothing else that needs doing right now.

@ccyokes Repeating that I don't think my issue here is related to the cloud outage. Your failures involve network ops (saving, creating, ...) whereas my crash is happening on a simple (local) timeline deletion. Just to confirm, I went offline before another deletion attempt > same result.

@mark8A56D Thank you for the report ID. I was able to pull up all the crashes you submitted to our database.

1. The crashes falls under two "buckets" of issues.
2. For one of it (which is the one you crash the most into), we have a fix that we are testing and may be out to production as early as starting of November.
3. These fixes are available in our insider build (look for details on how to join that in my signature) but note that insiders are usually on a higher schema which means any saves to your design cannot be opened in currently production until Insider and production are the same (Production update likely in the beginning of November)
4. Looking at the other bucket, cannot confirm yet but it do believe it is tied to #1 and that November likely will address it to.

If you do decide to try the insider and test for these fixes, please let this thread know if that solved your issue. Again please keep in mind that if you save files in insider, you cannot open them in older versions as in current production (if you are collaborating on this file with other users this may be an issue).

True. I tried your file and followed your deletion instruction and it did not crash for me. Unfortunately I cannot suggest any work arounds because of that. Maybe the insider build if you can't find one for yourself until a fix is pushed.

@RajkumarIlanchelian This is a self-contained "study" so I no problem version-locking to the Insider build, however ...

When i try joining Fusion Insider I get this error. I'm already logged into my account w/o issues (to author this forum post for instance) so the error's confusing. If I click "Sign in or Create Account", it spins for a moment then displays the same error.

Is authentication broken with the AWS issues? Is there another way to get the Insider Build or revert to an earlier version?

@ccyokes Thanks for trying to dupe my error, interesting it didn't fail for you. Are you Mac or Windows? If Mac, what version? I'm on Sequoia (not Tahoe) with latest patches. It would be interesting to hear another Mac NOT crashing where mine does.

Another Insider login attempt.

This time, signin.autodesk.com hung for ~30s (earlier failure was immediate), then a slightly different error:
