Today I opened a Fusion 360 file on my Windows desktop (fresh install today). The file’s last save was version 2 from 2024, but after multiple saves today it’s now version 8.
In Fusion Hub (desktop browser) → shows the correct latest version (v8).
In Android Fusion 360 app → still shows version 2 from 2024.
Troubleshooting I tried:
- Logged out/in
- Cleared app data and cache
- Reinstalled the Android app
- Moved the file to a different folder (via desktop or browser)
- Each time, the timestamp in the mobile app briefly updated to match v8, but opening the file or viewing info made it revert to version 2 / 2024 date.
Workaround that worked:
- Made a copy of the file in desktop Fusion 360 → copy starts at version 1 → now displays correctly in the Android app. Loses version history.
