Lates update problem

My PC rebooted during an update (unrelated to Fusion and related to my cat ) and now Fusion 360 won't recognise the latest update has not been installed, still showing 2.0.3803.

Is there a way to force a update check or install the latest seperatly?

Thanks

Ken

Hi @kshea9RNL8,

Thank you for posting in the community.

I am sorry to hear that!  I believe that you've already tried to reboot your PC/Fusion and then clicked on the "clock" icon on the right top corner of the Fusion window - it should show the notification there.

If this did not work, can you please use the automatic cleaner tool to remove Fusion from your PC - see this link?  Then download a fresh installer by selecting [Download Free Trial] on this web page.

Once installed and signed in, go to the help > about dialog and you should see build number "2.0.4095".

Hopefully this helps.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know and I'm happy to help.

I had the same problem here, stuck at the exact same version.

It is a shame that there is no "force update" option........the uninstall/re-install loop is soooo slow.

Thanks for the welcome!

Yes, it did update correctly after the un-install/re-install.

I am once again drawing, learning and designing.

Thanks for the help.
