Laptop Freezes After Starting Fusion

Been using Fusion for several years now on a Dell XPS laptop and Dell desktop, both running windows 10, and never come across this problem…. Recently bought a brand new Dell XPS laptop on windows 11, with NVIDIA NVIDIA(R) GeForce RTX(TM) 3050 Ti 4GB GDDR6 [45W] graphics.

 

No problems whatsoever if i don’t start Fusion, but if I do, within about 5 mins the whole machine just freezes, no blue screen, just totally unresponsive.  Have to do a hard shutdown and reboot.

 

Have checked updates for graphics card, all up to date, have also reinstalled Fusion, neither fixed the issue.

 

Weirdly, occasionally it’s just fine, if it hasn’t locked up within about 5 mins, it’s OK.

 

Anyone come across this issue?  Many thanks.

Sorry to know that you are facing this issue. Just wanted to check if the issue still exists? If it is still an issue can you please share logs with us so that we can take a deeper look?
