Lags and black screens

I've been using Fusion 360 (as a hobbyist) for about two years and there has always been a small amount of lag etc when trying to do simple tasks on simple models.  Recently however this is become much worse.  While I don't have actual crashes and the software seems to recover, the lags are getting much longer and when this happen parts of the UI go black.   It's happening with every model.  Sometimes the lag is small, sometimes I wait 30s-1min for the action to complete.  This is getting old.

My PC  is a rather high end editing machine with a Ryzen 3900X processor, 64gb DDR4 RAM, 2TB NVME SSD, and AMD Radeon™ RX5700XT graphics.

Can anything be done about this?

Attach some examples that show the lag you speak of.  Intensive use of sketch elements is a know cause of lagging especially if you are doing patterns of sketches instead of solids.  To see some of your problem files will help others give you help on performance.

I found another thread that suggested deleting two files from the program folder (NsCloudBrowserCache_gmail924701.tmp and NsCloudBrowserCache.dat) which I did and that did seem to help.  I have also noticed that the lag/black bars issue seems to get worse the longer I have Fusion open.  Here is a screencast opening a model that shows the black bars.  Note that this was soon after starting Fusion
