KEY USEABILITY ISSUES in FUSION360 - Export User Settings and Spacebar View shortcut

I have just started with Fusion360 and it's UNBELIEVABLE - literally gobsmacking - that it doesn't support both User Settings (Interface and Keyboard shortcuts) export and Spacebar Viewpoint shortcuts (like Solidworks).

Are there workarounds for either of these right now?
